Ooh La La Bakery ships all cookie gift orders via Federal Express because of its superior handling of perishable products. FedEx delivers Monday through Friday, and on Saturday to some destinations upon request.
**Note: Saturday is a premium delivery day. If Saturday delivery is not available in the area, the package will be delivered the following Monday.
Because all orders are made to order and may contain personalization, please allow up to 3 days for production. However, every effort will be made to ship your order within 48 hours.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO addresses. We do not ship internationally. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is only available through FedEx 2-day or FedEx Overnight service. All possible delivery options to Alaska and Hawaii may take one extra day.
Ooh La La Bakery is committed to bringing you a quality product shipped in a timely manner and handled with care. However, Ooh La La Bakery cannot take responsibility for delayed deliveries due to acts of God, heavy holiday shipping schedules, or incomplete/incorrect delivery information. We reserve the right to pass along any additional charges from FedEx to the ordering customer resulting from incomplete/incorrect delivery information given by the ordering customer.
FedEx will deliver the package to the delivery address without a signature unless the driver determines that the location is not sufficiently secure or can’t access entry into the building. If this happens, FedEx will attempt to make a delivery up to three times. On the third attempt a notice will be left for the recipient to pick up the package at the FedEx depot. If delivery does not happen after these attempts are made, the perishable package will be destroyed. If so instructed, Ooh La La Bakery will re-send the package at the ordering customer’s expense.
Can I ship to Multiple addresses?
Yes, but you will need to place an order for each address you would like to ship to.
Another option is to e-mail us the information for your multiple address shipment. The e-mail can be sent to Oohlalabakery@sbcglobal.net. Please make sure your e-mail includes the following information.
Your name, billing address and daytime phone number
The names, addresses and phone numbers of the recipients
What item each person should receive
The message you would like enclosed with each item
When the items should be shipped, and what shipping option method you would like to use

Redirected packages and weather delays
We do everything in our power to get your gift to its destination fresh and on time. Unfortunately, we cannot extend our guarantee when an incorrect address is given or when extreme weather conditions create a shipping delay.
